It’s funny how a lovely, simple, linen dress has made me feel cool in the heat, pretty in the sun and altogether more human again.
It hangs straight, just above the knee, and has a loose tie that goes nowhere near my still tender tummy and even tenderer C-Section scar.
I have several linen dresses in my Summer wardrobe but all of them button down the front and it’ll be a while until I can get into them again.
Not to worry, this dress will do for now and for much longer if needs be.
I’d team it with my Havaianas if I were off to the store and heels if we were watching the polo on a Sunday afternoon. I love linen.
And I love the fact that this pale grey and white colour hides baby sick so exceedingly well!
