This, my dear friends, is the inspiration for my pantry makeover. I found this soda fountain poster in a vintage memorabilia shop while in L.A. and carried it, by hand, home with me.
The pink and the green in this print are the starting points for my pantry’s makeover.
So, with that in mind we set to work on the units that sit on the opposite wall. This room was an office before we moved in and housed books, papers etc.. but I think these boxes on the wall are also perfect for dry goods.
We taped up and painted only the outside edges of the units using colours that were in keeping with the style of the soda fountain poster and were also going to work with what I have in mind for the rest of the room.
I’m not being evasive, I’d love to show you what I have in mind …….. but we haven’t got that far yet.
What I really should be saying is that we’re still waiting for some materials to arrive.
Hey there, wait a minute Mr. Postman!!!!!!!!
See you tomorrow in the a.m.
Love,
Cx
