Hi Cherry! I just found your beeeautiful site. I love it. And I love the table where many great memories will be made I am sure. I live in Northern Canada and any time spent outdoors in summer is precious indeed. I may need to have a table like yours to gather my peeps around.

In one small article, and several lovely photos, you have managed to capture exactly the feelings that I, my mother before me and her mother before her have felt about “the table”. To some it is just furniture, to me, the table encompasses so many important things: delicious meals and moments with family and friends, the cultivation of my sense of self and ability to debate my father late into the night over topics I’m sure were of little importance. I will forever cherish moments at our table and I can only wish the same for you and yours.
